Wage (gross) 1 750 €month - Other financial benefits (summer/winter bonus, group bonus)

Ensure that the requested quality output is consistently achieved in assigned departments,including external premises.
Make sure that the production planning is followed 100% to meet deadlines and targets.
Continuously monitor and control the production processes to enhance efficiency.
Verify that all products are manufactured according to the specified work instructions.
Organize the daily production process to ensure smooth operations.
Check that the correct tools are utilized during production.
Ensure the operation of equipment by promptly calling for necessary repairs.
Communicate effectively with other departments to foster collaboration.
Coach team leaders and operators to promote skill development and teamwork.
Organize internal training sessions to enhance team capabilities.
Drive continuous improvements in processes to boost productivity.
Review time registration and prepare performance evaluations for workers.
Identify, evaluate, and manage risks and opportunities within the production environment.
Ensure compliance with internal rules and safety instructions to maintain a safe workplace.
Act as a backup for production supervisors in other departments as needed.
Report directly to the Production Manager on progress and challenges.
