Deje sa to aj na Slovensku. <em>\u201eVe\u013ek\u00fd odliv pracovnej sily do starobn\u00e9ho alebo pred\u010dasn\u00e9ho d\u00f4chodku a n\u00edzka miera nezamestnanosti vytv\u00e1raj\u00fa tlak na zamestn\u00e1vate\u013eov h\u013eada\u0165 alternat\u00edvne rie\u0161enia. Tie sa v\u0161ak zatia\u013e nedar\u00ed nach\u00e1dza\u0165, bu\u010f ich je m\u00e1lo, alebo s\u00fa m\u00e1lo efekt\u00edvne,\u201c<\/em> povedala gener\u00e1lna riadite\u013eka person\u00e1lnej agent\u00fary MAXIN\u00b4S Group Katar\u00edna Garajov\u00e1.<\/p>\n<p>Pod\u013ea d\u00e1t, ktor\u00e9 zazneli na konferencii \u201eTrh pr\u00e1ce\u201c, bude na Slovensku v roku 2025 r\u00e1s\u0165 po\u010det ekonomicky akt\u00edvnych \u013eud\u00ed len vo vekovej skupine 45 a\u017e 49 rokov. O 53 percent v\u0161ak porastie aj skupina 60 a\u017e 64-ro\u010dn\u00fdch, ktor\u00e1 je v\u0161ak pracovn\u00e9mu trhu k dispoz\u00edcii len \u010diasto\u010dne.<\/p>\n<p>Pracovn\u00fd trh poc\u00edti akti ak\\u00futny nedostatok mlad\u00fdch \u013eud\u00ed. V skupine od 20 do 39 rokov to bude do roku 2030 pokles na \u00farovni viac ako 20 percent, pri\u010dom ide o \u013eud\u00ed, ktor\u00ed u\u017e ukon\u010dili vzdelanie a maj\u00fa aj relat\u00edvny dostatok praxe na to, aby mohli nahr\u00e1dza\u0165 \u013eud\u00ed odch\u00e1dzaj\u00facich na penziu. V priebehu nasleduj\u00facich desiatich rokov ubudne z trhu pr\u00e1ce celkovo a\u017e 7,5 percenta ekonomicky akt\u00edvnych \u013eud\u00ed, v skupine pod 40 rokov to bude dokonca a\u017e 23 percent.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eK tomu nesmieme zab\u00fada\u0165 na probl\u00e9m odlivu mlad\u00fdch mozgov do zahrani\u010dia, kde nach\u00e1dzaj\u00fa lep\u0161ie uplatnenie na pracovnom trhu a zrejme aj stabilnej\u0161ie politick\u00e9 prostredie pre svoj \u010fal\u0161\u00ed \u017eivot,\u201c<\/em> dodala K. Nie je to v\u0161ak dostato\u010dn\u00e9 rie\u0161enie probl\u00e9mu, a to najm\u00e4 kv\u00f4li byrokratickej n\u00e1ro\u010dnosti a zd\u013e\u00e1havosti z\u00edskavania povolen\u00ed na pobyt a pr\u00e1cu.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201eToto rie\u0161enie m\u00f4\u017ee pom\u00f4c\u0165 iba niektor\u00fdm firm\u00e1m, ktor\u00e9 musia by\u0165 dostato\u010dne ekonomicky aj person\u00e1lne siln\u00e9, preto\u017ee firmy musia na t\u00fato pr\u00e1cu vy\u010dleni\u0165 jedn\u00e9ho intern\u00e9ho HR zamestnanca, respekt\u00edve zamestnancov so sk\u00fa\u0161enos\u0165ami s danou problematikou. Sp\u00f4sob\u00ed to \u010fal\u0161ie spomalenie ekonomiky a rovnako tak odliv pracovnej sily zo slovensk\u00e9ho pracovn\u00e9ho trhu,\u201c<\/em> mysl\u00ed si K.
